Miller-Stephenson is a privately held corporation in Danbury, Connecticut and was established in 1955. GENERAL MANAGER

Reporting directly to the President, the General Manager is accountable for all company operations, with oversight of Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, production, quality, maintenance, and facility management. This position serves as a key advisor to the President as it relates to the strategic and tactical planning process, new business development, joint ventures and government relations. Through leadership and oversight, the General Manager, will lead the company in the development and execution of the annual operating plan goals and objectives, and assures alignment to these goals. Ensure all company operations operate in a compliant manner, honoring both the letter and spirit of relevant policies and regulations, production efficiency, product quality, and timely product delivery. Manages operations, budgets, operating expenditures and ensures that the company meets or exceeds financial targets for revenue and expenses. The General Manager will drive strategic growth of the company in alignment with our short and long-term strategic plans as an organization, including enhanced facility utilization as a key asset in our growth strategy.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience & Skills required are 10+ year’s progressively responsible experience in manufacturing leadership with a B.S. degree in Sciences or Business / Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with Focus in Finance.
