Water Base and Non-PTFE Release Agents

Water Based Release Agent for Hot Molds

MS-136W (12 oz Aerosol)
MS-145W (Qt, Gal, 5G, 55G)

Nonflammable No ODC

PTFE Release Agents, MS-136W and MS-145W are ideal for elastomers, including natural and synthetic rubber, EPDM, NBR, silicone, Viton® and neoprene, and most plastics and resins. For applying to preheated molds 212°F/100°C to 550°F/285°C. MS-136W and MS-145W will not activate below 212°F/100°C. For aerosol applications where molds are below 212°F, use MS-122 Series. For bulk applications where molds are below 212°F, use MS-143 Series. There is no discernible transfer or migration. Nonflammable. No ODC (ozone depleting chemicals).

Product Information

J1219A-1 (12 oz Aerosol)
K1031B (Qt, Gal, 5G, 55G)

Nonflammable No ODC

J1219A-1 and K1031B are water based release agents for the release of Epoxy compounds as well as natural and synthetic rubber. J1219A and K1031B react when heated to 140°F ( 60°C), so they need to be applied to mold surface temperature that is at least 140°F (60°C). They have been specifically formulated to minimize mold buildup.

Non-PTFE Release Agents

Extreme High Temperature Release Agent and Dry Lubricant (Boron Nitride)

K1206A (14 oz Aerosol)
MS-153BN (Qt, Gal, 5G, 55G)

Nonflammable No ODC

A boron nitride based product for mold release and dry film lubrication applications. This boron nitride active ingredient is a fine particle size of the hexagonal form of the compound. It is naturally lubricious and stable at elevated temperatures (1562°F/850°C) and in aggressive environments. An excellent surface coating for molds used to produce castings of light metals such as magnesium and for coating surfaces in glass making operations.

Product Information

PFPE Release Agent

MS-132FE (14 oz Aerosol)
MS-153FE (4 oz, 8 oz, Qt, Gal, 5G, 55G)

Nonflammable No ODC

A PFPE release agent that has a superior release action with up to 5 times the number of release cycles on metal molds to mold plastics, rubbers, resins, acrylics, epoxies, urethanes, nylons, phenolics, polycarbonates, and elastomers.
